Apologies to those of you missing our mailouts. Currently 'in-between'' internet providers, and mass mailings are a bit of a headache it seems. Coincidentally, there's only a little activity to report on the gig front, at least in the immediate future. That which we do have confirmed for you, though, is of the usual high standard. A first visit to Brighton for the breath-taking LAURA GIBSON (just off a tour with Colin Meloy and collaborations with Peter Broderick), and a return (in October!) for ALAN TYLER, who last November gave us all a lesson in twanging country-rock we won't ever forget... his new album has at least three stone-cold country classics in the making.

And, a word to those of you who missed the Eilen Jewell/Southern Tenant Folk Union show - what were you thinking? STFU go from strength to strength, and Eilen and her band made this one of the best-ever Gilded Palace shows. We're expecting another date in August - cancel your holiday plans ;-)
